The grandmother partly hating the fl because she’s indifferent towards her mom and family when fl’s mom almost killed her the day she died. I feel like they completely misunderstood her when they don’t even know her past and why she feels that way. Not that she could’ve known but isn’t it an easy dig? She could've easily found it if they interrogated the servants, no? But no she had to judge from what she saw instead of the facts. It’s so crazy to me that she has the nerve to say she doesn’t feel anything for her family when all they’ve done was turn their backs on her. The only reason why anybody cared was because she didn’t care at all.
And the grandpa?? He could’ve been by her side the day she was born but instead felt “guilty” and started saving other people when the one he should’ve saved was a few blocks away. If he was by her side when she was younger he could’ve easily protected her from her mom and maybe could’ve changed the outcome of fl’s first life.
Are we really supposed to push past the grandpas ignorance of the fl just because he paved the path for her when she got older.. and not focus on the fact that he was never there for her when she was younger? It’s sad that people only started showing affection when she turned away from it. And don’t get me wrong he still helped her in her first life but her mental state?
She begged for love from the “ml” because she confused respect with affection, which might I add would’ve never happened if the grandpa was there when she was a baby and if the dad showed some form of affection. It took indifference and a cross with death to make him realize he should’ve done something and that was in the 2nd life. In fact none of this would’ve happened if the dad knew how to show affection at all and he was forgiven way too easily. Correct me if I’m wrong though

I know this is one of the older works that used grape as a prospective push through for the plot but it pisses me off so much. I know it gets better and they’re both toxic so it’s wtv and maybe I’m too woke but damn it makes me feel so shitty. I was trying to read this 2-3 years ago when it was still releasing but I just couldn’t get past that one scene. I’m gonna finish it but it makes me mad that we have to ignore that chapter and just enjoy the rest of the plot.
Everytime I see an update I have to stop myself because I know I’ll get a cliffhanger AND I ENDED UP CLICKING IT AND GETTING A FUCKING CLIFFHANGER. Jinhyeong and Uyun is one of my most favorite couples ever and they’re so healthy and adorable. Him having the dream and realizing that a future without Uyun is meaning less and indirectly showing that he would go through that pain and heartache just to see him again is just the cherry on top. and it breaks my heart with everything he’s been through. That was one of the most greatest closures he needed in that moment and his subconscious gave him that realization for himself. The story building and how similar it is to reality is absolutely amazing I’m so excited for more. Words can’t even describe how much this manhwa means to me, god I love them. May eternity, wealth, and health is upon you forever author.
It’s such a typical cliche, regressed, memory loss, type story, I already knew exactly where the story was gonna go and who everyone was, honestly as a seasoned reader it was so easy to guess who Lia and Dilian were, and what the “plot twist” was, a few chapters in. BUT DAMN, THAT WAS SO WELL WRITTEN AND GOOD. It did feel rushed during some parts BUT THE ENDING WAS PERRRRFECT, I LOVED IT SO MUCH. AND THE ART? ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Yes, there’s a million manhwas like this BUT IDC IT HITS EVERY TIME. It’s definitely not original or different but it’s definitely refreshing to read after a lot of frustrating ongoing manhwas. Definitely not my favorite but I’m not saying it’s not good either, I would say it’s just something to read after reading something disgustingly angsty or a first time reader.
I know its just a sex kinda story but the plot lowkey hit and if there was like angst and story building or atleast side stories of what became of their relationship and how they got through it especially as athletes I’d come everywhere dildos in hand
