SO GOOD WOWWW im always hesitant with shorter yaoi like this because i know its just gonna be sex so i save them for a time where im just looking for something to get off to but wow i did not expect to get this attached to these characters. the two boys are so loveable and my heart ached at the way tsukasa fell so hard for yuki. its not too often you can read one of these shorter stories and it includes genuine love. it made me so happy to watch them fall more and more in love with one another and the way they made love was so sweet and tender rather than dirty and heartless. you know a yaoi is good if a man who likes men recommends it so trust me on this thanks to the author for not fetishizing mlm and actually making a heartfelt love story for us to enjoy <3

an upsetting love triangle between haesoo (middle), his step brother joowon (right) and taekyung, a photographer who haesoo goes to interview for his job. haesoo becomes taekyungs muse and drama ensues. as someone who hates incest even if its between step siblings, i understand if anyones apprehensive to read this, but its actually kind of “tasteful” incest if that makes sense lol they dont really have a brotherly bond and their parents met when they were both like 15

i forgot to review after reading this but from what i recall there is a deeper story that can trigger some emotions but i feel i didnt have enough time to develop an attachment to the characters as to where i would feel heartbreak and pain along with them as they experience it. other bl have made me sob when they use traumatic experiences, but in this one they felt a bit easier to digest. whether thats a good or bad thing is up to interpretation! the way they fall for each other and the possessive aspect of being in a relationship thats even more extreme for them since their lives depend on one another is, for me, super sexy and romantic so their genuine love by the end is super heartwarming. the art is also so beautiful it feels like candy for my eyeballs

i got really attached to the main characters so it really hurt to see the horrible things they had to go through. big trigger warning for self harm. definitely a story you need to be emotionally prepared to read as theres some very upsetting parts but the drama and tension is what makes the sense of relief so intense after reading. personally i feel it was worth it to see the sweet couple end up together happily and it makes my heart ache (in a good way) seeing how in love they are <3 also spoilers i guess but i want to mention that the guy that got into min gyeoms pants is literally a predator and borderline pedophile. the girl who he cheated on deserves so much better and he deserves to wallow in his pain and depression until he dies a slow painful death :)

honestly wish i knew what i was getting into when i started reading this. it gets pretty brutal at some points so trigger warning for homophobia and sexual assault. that being said, im glad i read it even if i cried quite a bit and felt a bit numb and scarred the day after lol. definitely make sure youre emotionally prepared for some pretty deep stuff if youre going to read this! my only criticism i can really bring up is sometimes the story felt driven by traumatic and emotional events, which i guess the author just mightve wanted to write a story about, but sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming to have such brutal subject matter in shounen-ai especially when you go into it expecting sweet goofy romance like this one is made out to be. regardless i enjoyed it and it definitely left a mark on me, its truly unforgettable. the love the two main characters feel for one another gives me a feeling of hope and peace, as the unconditional love they have isnt something easy to come across in the real world

absolutely the best manhwa ive ever read. theres quite a few shounen-ai that use very heartbreaking or traumatic things to drive the story, but sign did a wonderful job keeping the story going for 3 seasons without including triggering content. as a man who likes men it gets kind of tiring when stories include homophobia; though it is part of the harsh reality of being queer, sometimes i just want to consume media that treats people like me as normal members of society who fall in love just like any straight person does. sincere thank you to the author for committing to this project, as the way this comic makes my heart flutter and feel warm inside is like no other ⋆｡˚ ♡ ˚｡⋆｡
