I remember this one shoujo I read when I was younger... there was a girl who was obsessed with rhinestones and one day she goes to a planetarium and sees this guy in a wheelchair. They become friends and I think they either like each other or go out or something but in the end he dies and they find a new star and name it after him. I think this is all one manga lol it might have been in a series of short stories though. Can anyone help me find this? Thanks so much in advance :)

I'm looking for a yaoi where there's a shota couple in the beginning but they're spied on by their senpais and then they become couples with their senpais... was that confusing?
