But sooo good! Art, fantastic. Dialogue, hilarious. I wish there were more chapters. Maybe flashbacks to Reaper-nim watching him throughout the years. Their wedding (ofc) in the afterlife. The aftermath of his body being found (LOL). All in all, a quick and funny read.
I literally watched the movie a few days ago after having it on my to-watch list for so long, and I was so unsatisfied with the ending that I had to read the manga and ughhhh I need more. Please, someone pick this back up. I need DxY to officially get together and Yashiro to finally, properly admit he loves Doumeki too ╥﹏╥ I have a strong feeling there’ll be another time-skip soon where D is out of jail and maybe Y is officially back in the yakuza
Noooo wait I got whiplash at that ending I feel like there’s so much more story left. It felt too rushed at the end like “oh here’s your happily ever after” and ain’t no wayyy he would’ve accepted it that fast. Ugh I just wanted more
I feel like this had so much more potential. Okay so you’ve got him locked up and now he’s dependent on you - now what? Would’ve been nice to have a redemption arc and then them try to move into a more healthier relationship. Oh well, short manhwa for a reason ╮(￣▽￣)╭
This was such a lukewarm, forgettable series. I felt like the main characters lacked any substance. It felt like reading beginner fanfiction lol. In agreement with there being countless plot holes and also towards the latter half of the series it’s like where did everyone else go? Are they living in a bubble? (likely) - and what happened to Chihwan’s job? There were def some strengths, like the plot twist of the ex still being alive, the OG link’s backstory and how they were actually lovers in the past. I feel like Sooin cried too easily (obviously valid response to the abuse, but more just in general around Chihwan). So many other things, but I really ended up just finishing it since I was already invested and hate leaving things unfinished. On that note, it definitely did not 79 chapters foreal lol. Anyway, overall I’d give this a 5/10.

I think this is foreal the first time I’ve seen body hair on any male manhwa character. It is so refreshing! I also wished this had at least 30 more chapters - so much potential
If you were thinking of reading this, I promise you it’s not worth it. The ending will leave you thinking what was even the whole point of this story. It was literally one of the worst endings I’ve ever read of any manhwa and I regret reading it… barely, if any, character development and no redemption arc. It will leave you feeling unsatisfied and bitter lol.
It feels so rare these days to finish a manhwa and feel genuinely satisfied with how everything turned out. With that being said, I am SO incredibly happy how this ended raaahhhh all my babies got what they deserved and craved for in the end. Looking forward to the side stories (if there are)!
