I don't know what it is about the Si-U but he actually drives me up the wall. Like he keeps calling Yeoreum a coward and someone who doesn't face her problems just because she didn't want to disclose information immediately. First off, she's a student teacher, so she's not obligated to tell you, the student, about her personal life. Second off, I see no problem with dealing with your emotions first before talking?? The lashing out in the beginning actually annoyed me like she did not deserve that. In the 2nd season, he was alright, but I actually liked Hajin so much more so it physically hurt to see Yeorem and Si-U together. Usually I like characters like Si-U but he was really just too nosy for my taste. Also, Yeorem is sometimes so dense that it's painful. Si-U literally confesses his feelings and she writes it off as a prank even though he said he was for real. Anyways, definitely wasted my sleep on this... don't know if I really enjoyed that. Props to the glow up with the art work in season 2 though.

nah who put "Cuuuuuute" has a popular tag?? There is nothing cute about this. I read two chapters and instantly felt no pity for the FL. Like yes what the girl did was wrong but did it really justify her being hit and berated by her already strict parents? She didn't even initiate the bullying and she was overwhelmed with work already so she said something out of pocket, but she never intended for the FL to be bullied. She was also about to talk it out with the FL before the FL took revenge on her. Also, how does getting revenge by getting her bully r*ped help at all?? Like that's way too far. I didn't get what the author was trying to push at all. Immediately dropped.

I visibly gasped when Morino told his side of the story.. That was genuinely awful to see the memories he went through. Both of them went through hell and I'm glad it ended in a good note. I wish there was more!
How I came to like my male friend
It was a nice and short read. My main quibble is that it was a bit annoying to see how aloof the FL was to the ML's attraction to her, but I guess that really can't be helped? He was giving mixed signals once he started distancing himself. It's just a bit frustrating once you know both perspectives. I also kind of wished they both properly apologized to each other after the ML's outburst 'cus it felt like they kind of just glided over the part where the ML name called her and essentially accused her of playing with his feelings when she wasn't trying to intentionally.

The formatting of this manga is so weird.. I get so lost with what's happening and it feels like the author forgot to add some transitioning panels because every event seems like it's just jumping out of nowhere without conclusion. Also, I absolutely hated Wao and Yumi together.. the age gap was just a huge ick knowing that he was still in school and she was his teacher. Also, the fact she was with him since childhood is just weird... Like he was 9 and she was probably in highschool and she still liked him?? Ew.. Most of the manga was dedicated to feeling really bad for Shima because for majority of the manga, she was just the thirdwheel and was essentially watching every person she liked go with someone else. Maybe that's what's supposed to make it "realistic" but I personally was not a fan. What was the point of making this romance if she's the only one without it until chapter 26?? In my opinion, she was the only likeable character, everyone else I was pretty indifferent to. All in all, I did not like this one.. I really tried to but it just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I mean... it's ok. I really didn't feel any connection to the characters whatsoever, I didn't even gush when anything racey happened. Also, I don't know if it's because I was skipping around but they kind of just forgot about the whole conflict with the FL trying to figure out if that guy who's with her mom is having an affair or not. I don't really like how they keep jumping onto different conflicts before the other ones get resolved.. It's just a bit cliche and boring.
Cheese In The Trap Manhwa

I tried rereading it after a couple years and I don't know.. it was kind of boring. I just couldn't get into it. I really wasn't a big fan of the ML either, I kind of liked In-oh better. The highlight was probably the FL but that's basically it.

Super duper fast-paced but I'm going to be honest I just turned off my brain for this and just read it for the smut LOL. The ML is actually pretty sweet compared to most guys in smuts. Smut was also ok, not good but not bad either!
