From what i gathered, cheol was having hallucinations while he was in a drugged state. He attempted to either harm minyeong or himself and minyeong got hurt while trying to stop him and calm him down. This breakdown of cheol marks him emotionally accepting that minyeong's love for him is unbreakable but it also ruins cheol at the same time. It's like self destructive in nature. Minyeong said "don't doubt me anymore" and even said sorry to cheol the next day cause even though minyeong does not regret any of his actions, he wants cheol to stop running away from him. With this emotional episode, cheol completely surrenders himself to minyeong and his love. There is a little time skip in the ending and we see minyeong meeting the stalker of cheol from whom he used to get all info about cheol for 10 years. I think they have some kinda deal between themselves and now minyeong will deal with him to remove him permanently from cheol's vicinity.
