I just realized half way through that we never got any solid ages for our characters. If Daisy was serving in the war for 14 years, she had to be whatever the legal age was in the story. So how old is everyone else? Like in their 30s or 40s????
yea i remember reading in the novel that the war had been going on for 14 years, it never specified that daisy served for 14, it was more like she joined it. But i read somewhere that she was in her early to mid 20’s

I went looking for their ages and they say daisy started out meeting everyone at 20, and the story starts when she’s 34 apparently. That’s a new concept to me, so I’m excited to see where it goes! Thanks for replying <3
