so basically in the hajin's backstory lee saha spread a rumor that by eating a fox you claim it's powers and because of that many fox people died and he felt guilty about that so he got revenge by killing everybody that spread the rumor further and stoping lee saha's ascention from snake to dragon and basically humiliating him
and it didn't really say why he's like that with he's brother I guess it's because of age difference since in the flashbacks the brother was a small child
