It definitely is not them; they have different names and the dark haired guy in this manga has a mole under his left eye whereas the guy in the oneshot you're talking about doesn't.
What and why does your post have many dislikes?? I agree with you it's kinda confusing because of the Italian man( looking seme) flirts with the light haired guy. So you'll have the impression that perhaps the light haired guy is the uke.But for me, I think the light haired guy is the seme. Not sure tho... Anyway, gonna give it a thumbs up. I'm the third one! I'm thinking Hana is the seme while maki is the uke. I mean, maki did beat up that molester but Hana initiated, well tried to, sexual advances.
