LOL REAL. I think the fact that his name is so close to his real name is another reason people keep pointing it out lol XD personally for me, the only gripe I have with this manga is probably his recent decision to study abroad and stuff. Like, I kinda want him to be able to balance his business and his family, but the study abroad thing just feels like he’s gonna drift apart from his parents even more lol
Yeah, like he’s already kinda distant form his parents due to his past life, and only just recently cut off his weird relationship with his past father. When they go on vacations, he literally leaves them to go off by himself. Now, he has not only a normal little brother but even a little sister. It honestly feels like those four are an actual family and mc is the stranger in the house that makes them money :/ like, how is that different from his past life? I hope the parents bring up the issue when he tells them he’s going abroad and they address it at least. Like, be a kid while you can still be a kid. The reason you died in the first place was because you spent all that time working.
I guess that’s why I was kind of disappointed as the story went on. In other stories like this, they still participate in activities a child would do(like go to school, no matter how embarrassing it is.) it isn’t just a waste of time. They experience new things they never had the chance to before and can embrace their new life and new companions. Usually in these stories, their family is actually part of the story, not just an accessory or obstacle for them getting rich. Cause right now, that’s what his parents kind of feel like. An obstacle he needs to navigate.
Idk, it’s late at night and probably why I’m rambling lol XD I’ll see how it goes from here before making my final decision though. Maybe my opinion will change at some point lol
but still! His main reason is that it will rake in more money!
I guess he's just *that* business-oriented cuz he said that he wants to build a company(?) greater than his past life's family! Like that is his main goal, right? Sure, he's glad that in this life, he had a loving family, but still, his main goal is to build a legacy greater than his past life family. So yeah that made him neglect his family more... But still, he kinda inserts effort to balance it out
and the shaman even said to the parents not to hinder him, right? And to support him always, and not to question him about his decisions? So... I kinda agree with you there about them being just like an accessory/obstacle
This manhwa really is not just your typical rebirth-and-then-decide-to-live-happily-with-family typa story. Maybe cuz it's like he died in his prime? And he's still full of ambitions? Like—
why am I even defending him ヽ(`Д´)ノ
LOL REAL. It just felt like they were exploring some of that “in this new life you don’t have to be solely focused on money. You can have a happy life with your family.” But at some point, they just threw it out the window? It might just be because of his personality. In a lot of other stories, the mc isn’t that calculating when it comes to his friends and family. They’re onto calculating with their enemies. However, in this story, he’s calculating with everyone, which leaves a bad taste in your mouth when he’s supposed to technically love his family in his new life.
It comes to a point where you’re wondering why the parents are even a part of this story other than being a backdrop for the mc since he doesn’t seem to really care about them, other than the time his mom almost died. Honestly, he seems to care more about his ex-girlfriend than his own family sometimes.
Like, they only show him caring about his family in specific scenes and when they’re not the main point, it’s like they don’t exist. Again, hope it’s addressed but probably not which sucks :/

This manhwa is soooo *chefs kiss*!
Cuz like, it has the perfect balance of:
Smut
Comedy
Romance
Drama / Angst
etc. etc.
My thoughts:
• Theo's ending could be better though...
• At the end, Camille and Cedric should also had a wedding event...
• I love that it's not really a serious smut rofan manhwa, cuz of the bear(stuff toy) god, and the 4th wall. Not to mention the COMEDY! COMEDY SHOULD BE THE MAIN GENRE OF THIS MANHWA(or is it already?)
• And honestly can someone tell me, if the extra stories tell us they had children? I want to see them babiesssss
that's all ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~

it's so good, I wanna buy the physical book (i even wrote it down my bucket list)
