None of them are right in the head lol. I think some them would be happy to die in his hands, sanjun is quite manipulative so he probably thinks he can twist the story if needed,
the other dude is either dumb or probably think Guwon is like him (violent and all) and thinks teach aint that important
I don't think guwon has any intention of killing that kid at all, that's why he said "You don't know who I am. Thats why you look so scared" and that he looks a bit intimidating.
He may just want to ask him if there are others in his group and probably take him back to the community. He definitely does see himself as some type of 'saviour' to those he brings back into the community
I also think guwon might just follow around the team teach is on from a distance and stop/kill anyone and anything that tries to get close to them, thats why he told teach not to worry about anything
