I knew what I was getting into at the very beginning with this being set in a dictatorship. I like to read fluff but I also like to read stories that tackle dark political themes. In fact, I haven’t been reading this as a romance. I think it’s the responsibility of the reader to understand if a story is upsetting and to stop reading if it’s affecting them. I would much rather be reading comments surrounding the story than people coming back to say the same thing every week.
The only scenes I remember is when the mc has been kidnapped and I believe the car crashed because of him? He then runs away into trees and the kidnapper catches up to him two times in the chasing and hiding scene. I think he could have been pregnant? He was weak at the time and kept stumbling. This has been annoying me for months now, help me out besties
