I feel really unfulfilled... like I get that urgent stuff is going on but the story just feels rushed. Like is the author trying to wrap up in the next 2 chapters? Cause that what this feels like.

Remember when she ‘died’ when she took the dagger meant for Lucien. Well she was revived by a priests divine blessing and that blessing only works on people with royal blood. The priest only used the power because the king insisted but it actually worked proving she has royal blood.
I think technically it was it mother who had royal blood which she passed to the fl. Even the grandmother was r*ped when she accompanied the lady to an imperial ball and was ousted when it was discovered she was with child. Even she didn’t know her assaulter was the king. She ended up at the counts place who used her as he wished and then turned to her daughter who then gave birth to Nullitas. It’s sad history repeating itself because no one can fight those in power.
I mean we know this as the reader, and the king knows but, I'm wondering if the other characters of the story will ever find this out esp FL.
Well Lucien obviously knows because the blessings worked she died in his arms but was revived with the blessings. I think fl will know soon too. Apparently the emperor can’t keep a secret with how he almost blurted it out in the last chapter XD
