Don't worry, I'm sure they will in time! Should it get to the end of the process and you still have nothing, then would be the time to contact the email but as it is, they're still restoring manga so you may just be lagging behind a bit

I think it's a mix of when you joined and when you started adding lists, but so far from what ive read, it seems when you started adding to lists is the most important
It depends on when u added a manga to ur reading list. If u added ur first manga to ur reading list in like 2024 then it's still taking time to recover.
I think system sometimes accidentally skips users
