I'm trying to find this manga where this guy feel in love with a girl when he was younger but the girl moved away and he promises to wait for her to return. Now in high school he's been very popular because of his story so one day there's two transfer students, twins and one of them has the same name of the girl the guy's been in love with but it turns out that the girl is actually guy who dressed up as his sister in the past to help her out.
