It’s about this boy who was the son of a tribe leader and him and his dad were so beautiful that the King of the other country took his dad away and after a while disposed of his dads body on the street and someone actually stole his dads balls. And then the little boy swore revenge and he became a concubine to that king and he made the king dependent on opium and waited for him to die then he escaped and it ended like that.

So there is this manga I read a long time ago about the uke whose mum was hospitalised and then she falls in love with her doctor and they get involved then she introduces her son (the uke) to the doctor. Later the doctor drugs her son and makes lots of people fuck him until he breaks.
