so the girl is her hotel room waiting for her fiance ( i think) and the man who appeared in the room was also waiting for his girlfriend ( who stood him up) ... so they spent the night together and she ends up pregnant. the dude thinks that it was a set up and starts treating her badly. he ends up marrying the girl, but he is still in love with his girlfriend/..... please help me find it

Yeah, I, for sure, don't.
It's just gonna be like that Tamahome (Fushigi Yuugi) hypnosis shit or that Conrad (Kyou Kara Maoh) double spy plotline.
Though I agree it'll add drama but it's kinda unnecessary at this point.
We just want the Happy Hungry Bunch to leave Hiryuu castle and go on adventures again ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
That's true it will be nice for them to go on adventures again but I think it still has a bit more to go before then
