i know its pretty typical for yaoi to have some sort of sexual assault in it but i genuinely wasnt expecting this one to have it because the story is actually really good (ive read until the latest chapter)

hmm i get your worries about it. but to me it kinda shows just how “twisted” and pessimistic jihyeongs mind was before he had all that development, the fact that he would take uyun wanting to be intimate with him to be just uyun being horny. i think the author couldve done it for something that wasnt about sex too. but the favt that is was about sex (couples making love) highlights how jihyeong turns uyuns love into something twisted, which was literally also their whole conversation beofre it happened. also i think the afterward when they actually did it for real the first time, can highlight jihyeongs growth too as a person and not just a step further into their rss. so in conclusion yea i wouldnt mind if the author used something else to highlight this but the fact that its sex can also add something meaningful to the story

I also agree. It was such a hard read getting past that. Everytime they had a nice moment together after that, I just thought about how Uyun was assaulted and how quickly it was brushed over.
