It was a romance manga, maybe it came around the 2000s, it's about romance but the toxic ones. The FL lives in an apartment building with her family, (she is high school) and one day her childhood friend comes back to the same school as her. I think she has some kind of crush with him. But he is not the Ml, the ML it's a guy who also lives in the same building but I don't remember well but his mom is like in charge of the building, so the guy is cocky and smart. He bullies the FL, but he has a crush on her. So the childhood friend is trying to get revenge by seducing the FL because of something the FL dad do to his family, I think.
