Is it just me, or has the art style changed? I remember dropping this, but I just checked the latest chapter today and was shocked by how much it’s changed.
The other comic related to this one is in a different art style. That may be what you’re thinking?

Hi! I’m trying to remember the title of a BL I read a long time ago. I don’t remember much, but here’s what I recall about the plot:
The uke is sold or arranged to marry into a wealthy family. The person he’s supposed to marry is either disabled or seriously ill. Then he meets the younger brother of his 'supposed' husband. At some point, it’s discovered that the uke is actually a guy (though I’m not 100% sure how that part plays out), and then they start having an affair.

Wait omg I remember this came out in around 2022. It was on a different site though I don’t remember the name If it helps, it was a Korean comic, I think the mc had to dress up in a pink dress or maybe it was a hanbok I forgot(?) and all of the characters had black hair. Maybe try looking under the cross dressing uke tag?

I just read this novel, and it is honestly one of the best books written so far. The ML is the ultimate 'evergreen forest' so refreshing and dependable. He and the main character MC don't get their first kiss until after graduation. Even though they end up attending different universities, the ML manages to find a way for them to live as neighbors. The only conflicts they face come from the ML's grandmother and a former junior high classmate. That classmate ends up in the same university as the MC and turns out to be a obsessed admirer of the ML.
