keith and grayson are friends but if you’re referring to the phone call in ch3 with ashley miller then thats connor who also nicknamed koi not yeonwoo. yeonwoo only connection with the millers besides keith is dane and joshua during the time he ran away and spencer being friends with pete and cecil

The person on the phone with Ashley is Koi (Connor), his husband. They are Grayson's parents. Koi is a dominant omega ans gave birth to 6 kids: Nathaniel, Grayson and Stacy (twins), Chase, Larien and Bliss. All the boys have their own novels (including their parents Ashley and Koi) and we have a manhwa adaptation too for Chase's novel. The 2 girls don't have their own stories, unfortunately.

Chase gets kidnapped and Josh etc goes to rescue him. Josh gets super angry after seeing someone hurt chase’s face and kind of goes in a range. Can’t remember the exact series of events (I think someone shot something towards Josh and it grazes his ear) but by the end of the encounter Josh’s ear cuff falls off in front of everyone and Chase sees the bite mark

Actually in the novel Grayson asked Dane to top him but Dane refused because he was worried Grayson may like it too much and cling to him even more.
This was before they got together though.
After they got together, Dane couldn't stop thinking about tying him up and spanking him, although he didn't do it but it's implied that he would have certainly done it in the future and Grayson is more than willing to accept anything Dane does to him.
Dane doesn't keep him on a leash for nothing, he really became his dog
