We know there's a mana storing rune, and it possibly has been used on Kim (the body with the mask inside the mud dungeon). It wouldn't be that weird that future Father knew about it and used it, betting on MC to try and attack, triggering the time travel device.
As for the time travel device, yhat could have beb a dungeon item Father was hiding and saving for emergencies, just like his tags. Or it might have been a secretly developed item as a last resort, and linked to the magic watch? Because remember the MC was confused and didn't know how to use the time travel device, and we saw it say that it would return MC to an indeterminate time. But that indeterminate time just so happens to be before any massive dungeon breaks happen? Sounds a bit deliberate.
Just a guess, but I'm intrigued. Future Father seems to have been playing 5D chess all the time.
So far, Pellus seems like he is the only one who kept his demonic characteristics (the horns). Nobody else seems to have them, is this because he sort of became a "god" in the other timeline?
This just feels like improved Pellus 2. 0 was replaced by demon god Pellus when they merged together. Or perhaps it's necessary that he keep(?) the power of curses for the annhilation dragon event that is coming up in this timeline?

...Is the white cat that is the main character's system the same one SO was always tangled with in every story timeline? The plot thickens...(?) Or is it actually the system?
I don't think Jacques is trying to do the deed with Theo. I think she knows he's suffered some sort of damage (his back, and maybe other places hidden by his clothes), and she just wants to check the wounds out. I know we had that steamy bath scene where we saw Theo mostly naked and there weren't any wounds or anything, but that could be an illusion spell or something that Theo casted on himself, and Jacques has just seen through all the bs and is not taking any of it anymore. Or she wants to study Theo's changes after he came out of Umehiko's mind?
I know Jacques was first introduced as "Dr", but I'm wondering if she is only a healer kind of 'Dr', or "Dr" as in PhD, and loves to study different effects of magic.
Titles aside, she seems to have fun being misleading, so there's that. I think she just let her shirt drop to be extra misleading for shits and giggles (for her, at least). I don't think she's necessarily lesbian, even though she dotes on Momo a lot. I think it's more like a caretaker-and-ward relationship.
