Here goes: Uke hates himself and has a bright and friendly twin brother that everyone spoils. Uke then uses his twin's name when going to bars and hooking up. There he meets our seme, a friendly and responsible office worker. One night he is contacted by a notorious top that the bar owner warned him about, he gets beaten up during sex and seme finds him and helps him take care of his wounds. They start hanging out more often and uke learns to love himself and our seme guy. Uke confesses and they get together. Things also start to change for the uke as his twin's university friends actually saw him as a cool and reserved guy and wanted to be friends with him. All along he also thought that his mom didn't care for him but actully knows little details about him. The extra chapter also showed what the seme's kink which was 'deep'.
