Im at chapter 9 and honestly this is too depressing and cancerous. The Uke keeps blaming himself and lack self love and self respect. I don't even care about the Seme being a douche but at the very least the Uke should treat himself better. The mums are kinda toxic too, manipulating children and all. More than hoping for the Seme to change I hope the Uke can love himself more in the future chapters.
you really should. Yes it is toxic and depressing at first. But after that the plot and their character developments will be so good
