Like they have 0 chapters, or it’s a phantom update? If it’s a phantom it’s most likely someone edited a chapter/ removed or added a previous one so it won’t usually show as new but will notify you.
I forgot this manhwa existed and read it again and remembered why I forgot it. I like how its going but all things aside tho I'm so mad at the uke not protecting himself. He question and then just goes into lalaland when the doctor is answering...
