Tf is that second couple I’m 21 and I wouldnt even look at a 18 year old. 16 and 20 is weird
Right exactly as a 20 year old myself I was absolutely put off by not just the story, but the translators note trying to down play pedophelia just because he was 16, anything ending in TEEEEENN is still a child. And then trying to justify it by saying he’s “mature” for his age, thats the most predatory thing to say about a kid.
TBH if it wasn’t for the fact this story has a Mary sue mc and how she’s surrounded by men who love her this probably would’ve been rated higher.
I’m only pushing through because I like the main plot but all the men crushing on her for no apparent reason especially when she’s a plane Jane is one of my manga harem pet peeves. A boring plane looking guy who did nothing that gets all the girls crushing on him. Doesn’t help that the author seems to be a bit of an incest enthusiast since she has a brother who has an obsession over her.
And this being a harem is further solidified by the fact all the main characters are men and there isn’t one woman around even as a bit of a side character. Just feels like a misogynistic author who wants to fulfill her harem filled male fantasy while being a total Mary sue.
It’s a shame though since the main plot is very eye catching and has a lot of potential. But again if you can get past the harem it’s not that bad, and this type of harem isn’t on the worse end of harems pretty light which is the only reason why Im Able to keep reading.
Bro the type of back to back chapters that make no progress piss me off at that point don’t flash forward in the previous chapter because it just pisses off the reader when the cliff hanger has done literally nothing for the next chapter
Ya’ll are talking out of ur fucking ass cause when was I talking about fucking sex. I was talking about plot wise, dumbass. When did I say I was reading this for fucking smut ass hole. One look at my reads and you should be able to tell my main reads I never JUST romance let alone smut. I was pissed because they jumped forward plot wise for an explosion and everyone was separated, and I wanted to know what happened next. That’s all I said, I just said I hated those types of chapters that clearly did nothing for the plot, I don’t fucking care about the main characters rubbing their dicks together. I wanted to know why the gate reacted that way I wanted the build up of the previous chapter to be answered in the current chapter. Is that so hard to conceptualize you sex crazed bitch.
I guess it feels short now that the "wow" effect has passed. The next chapter will probably focus more on the gate now that the J issue has been addressed. But I don't feel like we are going to learn much... Those kind of stories keep the secret behind the dungeons until the very end, like solo leveling.
The story isn’t bad it’s just kind of naive? Is the best way I could put it the plot is kind of a mash of all Japanese shounen manga plot lines except the speed is 3 times faster plot wise.
It kind of feels like a cheap copy even though it’s “original”. Like the MC is very much a Gary stue, and it feels like the author is making solvable problems, like the strong guy getting possessed.
couldn’t they explain he was possessed why did they have to hide it because of the prophecies like they could’ve just said a strong rift monster was a parasite that took over his body they didn’t have to kill him off to the public like if they have alchemy magic and teleportation why wouldn’t the public be able to believe possession.
Also really wierd how the mom wasn’t relocated or at least protected after getting almost killed in the beginning. Like if they found out where he lived and poisoned the mother idk maybe common sense would make the characters believe that the current situation is extremely dangerous since the MC is the one vital danger to the clusters.
For heavens sake the clusters tried to blow up a planet since the mc was on it. Why wouldn’t they blow up the area the mom is or at least hold her hostage.
There’s other complaints but that would make this comment way longer and I don’t have the time.
Again the story isn’t bad it just feels very bland. No character depth or development. Problems that feel stupid, and solvable. And the fast pace story isn’t doing the plot favors. (Fast paced stories aren’t bad ex. Demon slayer is good it’s just this type of plot line shouldn’t have a fast pace.)
The plot has potential but the author is just bad at executing it. Like possessions by past heroes, a genius MC, dungeon type world, awakeners, apocalypse, towers, students. These aren’t bad plot lines they just feel like the author dipped his toes in each one and didn’t elaborate at all. Again it feels like a mash not really a story.
But to each their own, if you feel like story is perfect it’s perfect.
I just have a large complaint because it’s so close to being a good story but the author is just really bad.
Picked this up again and just forgetting how annoying the characters are, I’m in the early chapters rn but I need to rant. 1. Why is the black haired girl so rude and ungrateful for the potion she basically stole cause he never gave approval for said transaction(basically underpays btw), then the potion saves her life but instead of being grateful she berates him and gives him attitude about said potion, (knows the potion is basically godly btw) so she takes another of his potions cause she’s interested and tosses money at him and walks out. She technically “overpaid” but the Mc is such a pushover that the original price is way undervalued. So “overpaid” is an overstatement.
Which brings me to my next point why is the MC such a pushover basically takes whatever attitude the customer gives him, even when they’re rude doesn’t say anything, like he never speaks ups for himself and it just feels like he doesn’t have a sense of authority or autonomy cause he keeps getting dragged around.
Red hair girl gives attitude to the mc for being hard to “meet”. Like one, he has never met you before so why tf are you so mad and how tf was he supposed to know he had you as a customer waiting when he never gets customers. Two, she Has like a weird sense of entitlement over his sellable items, then convinces her self she shouldn’t be mad about not getting them because of how timid he is like she’s doing him a favor. Like you shouldn’t be mad in the first place wtf who gets mad over an item they’ve never had, never owned or never tried. Like what?!
Both the black haired girl and red haired girl have this weird ego where they think they’re above him in status. Like the ego and attitude is pissing me off. No respect for the common “folk”(I’m only saying common because they don’t know about him)
Like why are the only human girl character being introduced in such an annoying way, especially that girl with the bf in the beginning being so blatantly bitchy in the beginning, like she was being so rude and borderline bullyish to the mc that her bf felt awkward and uncomfortable. And why isn’t the mc fighting back it’s pissing me off.
The only characters that I’m finding likable rn are the animal side characters and the girl who gave him the book. (Quite literally the only kind character so far)
Trying to get through these early chapters cause I know it’s gets better and more interesting later but goddamn are they annoying early in the story

Mid Man saving beautiful women from other men from rape or death is getting tiring at this point are all these action shounen manhwa authors just all weirdos
Haha, it’s also for money. The demographic they are targeting can’t read anything without huge boobs, tiny waists and pink lips to call waifus. I don’t think this story is that bad.
