If I were him and I were to transmigrate rn into the story, I'd fucking chose the 2nd ml and use the main ml. Like can you not fucking see how much of a catch the 2nd ml is, handsome, well built, respectful, transparent, rich, his age, likes him. He also agreed for mc to use him to pretend to be his bf, and when mc turned was in heat, he was anxious and careful with him, even after mc told him he likes someone else, he just left him alone and even shouldered the hotel bill.
Meanwhile the main ml is hard to figure out, he keeps giving mixed signals, low-key a groomer and clearly has hidden intentions (cuz I really don't believe the little brother excuse). He also always makes mc feel small and anxious, I wouldn't want to be with a person like that Nuh uh.
Like, just because he's the first one who's been kind to you doesn't mean you have to develop feelings for them even more so when they're giving you mixed signals.

I like transmigration stories and I happen to see this similar to some existing transmigration stories out there that can be changed based on the choice of the character. I'm just expressing my thoughts into a HYPOTHETICAL STATEMENT using transmigration. I said he's handsome, just like the main ml, I said he's well built, just like the main ml, I said he's respectful, just like what the characters said about the main ml, I said he's transparent as a comparison to the main ml, I said he's rich, not exactly like the main ml but enough to support them both if he did ever choose him, but of course not for the money ITSELF. I also said he's his age as a comparison to the main ml because they have a whole decade between them and the main ml clearly said he doesn't want him because of that. Lastly, I said 2nd ml likes him, this is arguable and useless at this point anyway because we know who the MC's gonna choose, I just made the first comment as to express my irritation about the situation.
