Seme and Uke were ex lovers. The seme left uke bc of work; for years maybe. Uke ended up meeting with a girl who had a kid/pregnant and uke adopted kid. I think girl passed away or left. Seme comes to visit uke and win him back. Seme was shocked to see uke have a kid but relieved to hear that it wasn’t biological kid. Uke reveals he was never able to do it and seme reveals his plan was to break them up if uke was still with the girl. It might be other way around tbh i forget who was uke and seme
