Hi this is random but can someone explain to me what unhinged mean? English is not my first language so everytime I saw this comment I'm confuse.

Unhinged is basically a synonym for words like: crazy, insane, disturbed etc.
When someone says a character is "unhinged", in the context of a story, it usually (not all the time) means a character is so obsessed with another character (it can be because they hate them, or are deeply in love) that they will do extreme things that a normal person who has those same feelings would not do.
For example: If an "unhinged" character is in love with someone, they might do things like follow them home, steal their stuff, or take secret photos of them.
"Unhinged" can also be used to describe a character who does things that don't make sense, or are an overreaction.
For example: If a character talks to an unhinged character, they will think that the other character loves them, even if what the other character said was not romantic.
Oh! And an example of a commenter using it would be:
"Wow, all she did was help him pick up books he dropped and now he thinks they are dating! He's so unhinged and delusional!"

Can anyone tell me if shichmuon will have any character development later? Because he so annoying rn. I read the comments that he will keep popping up in future chapter so I hope his character will grow on me later
I don't think he has a character development whatsoever but he will get a lot of screentime times soon that explore more of his characters and you will end up like him(?). There's also back story about why he's so obsessed with black mage
