It must be a bl!!
Uh I have a suggestion. I mean ofc the dragon is in human form or else idk how wud they make out lol. "Dawn by the dragon". As In a dragoon form idk. But the ml is indeed a dragon who was sealed more like sleeping for ages and finally woke up smth like that. I actually love it sm.

First story. He does have a human form, but he's usually in his dragon form.

Hi!!! I need to find a bl that is quite old that i cant find anywhere!!!!
It featured a smallish uke with brown hair, wears glasses and has an office job i think?
Seme is a tall dude with long hair that wears womens clothes and wigs...honestly i cant remember if he was a transvestite or not...
From what i remember, this bl used to be in the owl website that shut down a long while ago and in one of the episodes people are throwing rocks at the seme and when one was about to hit him the uke intervened and that is where it all starts
PLS PLS PLLLLLLLSSS IF YOU CAN HELP ME I WOULD BE GRATEFUL!!!!!＼(´ ∇`)ノ
