Uhh so I’m trying to find a yaoi I read a while ago (lost my lists). The top (blue/black hair I think) was a renting out a room in his apartment and is a bit socially weird and found it hard to keep tentants because of his personality, and the bottom (maroon/pinkish hair) ends up living with him because he’s broke or smth. I remember a panel where the top overhears weird noises from his room but the bottom was just gaming and had a massive set up. And the art style was quite cute and detailed. Sorry if this doesn’t narrow it down I can’t remember anything else at the moment tho
