No. It was considered as a divine punishment to her (from what is explained so far) since she drank the blood of her dead sister. The yin and yang in the story is pertaining the blessed male and the immortal females (peach brides)
This is what I understood from the story.
What they talked about poisonous to the yang, which is the princes or the blessed males. Since the peaches are more on the Ying aspect.
So this also make me wonder since the first prince is sick and has been receiving the blessings for 5 years, if it was the thing that’s making him sick. They said he was poisoned which started his poor health. But this reveal made me curious
