Dude just call the cops or animal services. if you hurt the dog in ANY way you are the criminal.
If you have proof that the dog stole and destroyed your flip flops, and the owner is not paying for the damage, you can take them to court.

Okej i'm a vegitarian so I know my opinion probably won't be like here.
Humans don't have fangs, tusks or the right intestines too properly digest meat but when meat is cooked we have an easier time prosesing it. So we can eat cooked meat.
