At the beginning 1:he was acceptable in my eyes kinda funny a little,and thought that it was gonna be a type of scenario where he acts like he doesn't care but in reality cares a lot.
Kinda now-ish: the development for Joel is kind of bad because he is perceived as a bad parent cuz he is a bad parent Econo really doesn't care about Jesse she's kind of a meanie (╬￣皿￣)凸 and he only cares about a kid that he really never met Annie lets him do anything like you lets Chase do anyting and he continues to not give Jesse any attention, he thinks that this is okay, when it's not okay Chi father's another kid that isn't his and the kid has a sexual attraction to him and then in the series he starts to catch feelings for the freaking Chase and he insulted Chase and then he thinks that he's like "oh man what did I do wrong?"reality he did everything wrong
Moral of the story is that Jesse and Andy are great couple, Joel is a really bad father like emotionally neglected Jesse, cuz how do you tell a kid that you ruined their life when their mom just died of cancer, cancer! You can't just pull out your feelings whenever cuz I was a kid
Light I get that chase is just playing around and being a kid and I get that Jesse gets upset with him cuz he's flirting with his dad but it's kind of sad that chase has to deal with all sorts of stuff at home and then he gets insulted by by Joel, cuz him and Jesse are still friends so it's just Joel.
