It's a yaoi manga, where the protagonist "Kota-chan" pretends to be his best friend's boyfriend to keep the top (I can't remember the name) away, who catches on and they start getting to know each other (in the first chapter, he takes him to a bathroom and they do things). The protagonist has black hair and glasses, is shy and inexperienced, and the top is an extrovert that takes Kota to a party for the first time and again they do things. I remember that another character called Nagi appears, a friend of the top who tells the protagonist that he is in love with the top, but he has a boyfriend or something like that.

I could be wrong but i don’t think he was throwing up because of the kiss, could be that he is not fully human and can’t digest food and drinks for example idk.. just a theory
