Wait what do you mean? Cause you could just used the "already read" for that or sum
I have over 500 read stuff and my memory is really bad. I probably saved it as already read so I wouldn't click on it but idek what I'm doing most the time so yeah
You could leave a small note on those mangas yourself, I put them in already read and a small comment to remind myself if something was bad and I dropped it etc.
when you add it to a list on bottom there's a create new list feature just make a "don't read, trust me its not worth it!" list

Also you won't get updates for mangas you dropped if you uncheck the "subscribe to manga" box
np like kisschu said just check the unsub box but i get it i kinda just use the want to read mostly as a dropped or hate it but may be will like it future box
