I read something about a parallel world few years ago, mc is a student who’s a loner, he’s weak and gets a text on his phone saying he’s going to kill himself in 99 days or so. He gets rid of the phone but it happens again and again, he ends up being in the shower looking in the mirror and getting soaked into a parallel universe where he doesn’t live with his parents but roommates and there he actually had a backbone and a girlfriend. He keeps getting the messages but his life is different now tho he’s not different
As the plot progresses he meets his doppelgänger but not physically
