Does anyone know how to upload a new manga. I know for existing manga we just press the upload button but how do we make a page for a new manga? Cant find anything

Also if you end up doing it check on "new manga" to see if it has been uploaded because supposedly they are going to send you a notifications but they didn't do it for me. I only found out cause I was looking at " new manga"
