Think the editor boy is hinting that the editor we have been getting to know is either falling for the mangaka or whenever the editor spots a man he really wants in some way he will go after them no matter what, but it also sounds like the boy (calling him boy since he looks so much younger) doesn't realize that our mains have already had sex.
