It was a manipulation tactic. Just like how the ML manipulatively suggested that the MC try doing “it” with him while the latter was basically wasted (and the ML wasn’t), the ML lied (in a manipulative way) to get MC back into bed with him. It’s a suck-ass seme and naïve bottom trope again, and yet I’m still reading it (for now). Hopefully the ML will tell the truth and apologize, but I doubt it. （￣へ￣）

Even in the novel it's a little bit rushed but they literally fut off a lot from the novel while making manhwa that it looks like jumping from one event to another
