Story was published in Japan in the shôjo magazine Kurofune Zero de Libre, and therefore it is not a boy's love strictly speaking.
Summary:
An underground world in which all those excluded from society reside. Komugida wants to leave the basements of Geofront at any cost by enrolling in a university on the surface, but finally returns to live underground to work as a private teacher of a young boy with gifts of divination, called Theo. The father of the latter, Nagasa, is according to him a "killer mafia"! A life quite ordinary for the inhabitants of these undergrounds, who try as best they can to survive in a hostile environment and excluded from the surface of the Earth
