It's a genuine question for someone with the knowledge of this disability, because that's what it would be under: don't you have to inform your job about this when you are working with confidential information like Accounting? You can't recognize faces and you are in a management position and you need to know who is who because the information is important to clients and it can and will be a problem if you share information to the wrong person and legally that is a liability for the company. Again, genuine question who has more information about this because I would find that very concerning that no one at work knows.

I mean, it’s not completely impossible since the doctor said his Omega traits are weak (and so are his pheromones). He probably didn’t go into heat very often, unlike other Omegas.

I have same thing. I did told the boss but he said he will tell HR in case if something happens. He told me I don't have to tell others unless I really want to because most of time all have cards on their neck and I could distinct people by voices and lips. I do have trouble with new people but my boss knows so as my few coworker they just tells me their feature in advance if I tell them I couldn't difference his/her face.

I live in California so they have specific laws regarding disability they will not tell new coworkers and others unless I want to or they have complain about me. It depends on places back home everyone would laugh by 3rd week of my work since I would forget their faces even if I never tell them oh I can't remember faces or can't distinct faces. People notice the things we things we are hiding so well. My work speaks for itself as well. I would have harder time if I work in emergency sector as medical as it's detrimental to patients or liability of company but it's Computers zoom calls so they careless. I do love not knowing the faces tho because I don't have to deal with drama but our body is smart even with one senses doesn't work other part helps you navigate the world. Just yesterday I forgot the face of my new client. Since my body told me to smile at stranger because of they were too close. I smiled they complemented my other coworker they liked how she noticed me even she wasn't looking at me hehe. He will never know I smiled because my body just recognizes the presence of that body and I am good at voices too good. I can listen to pin drop in next room and their lips the way those move can tell who is who.

FL is being neglected by the husband and mistreated by everyone else. When people only believe one side of a rumor without checking facts, that's what they always have been thinking about that person. She will say that the family has been nice but she will compare it to her family, however mistreatment is mistreatment and I hope when she says that, the queen will correct her thinking by putting the husband on blast on what she heard from the rumors flying around.

I'm reading this and I'm like no one finds anything suspicious to the rumors about how she did this and she did that but no one investigated when she clearly broken laws like oh she killed someone. If she really killed someone, then why no investigation because the person she killed was a noble, a servant in another house but he was a noble and a high ranking one at that. So no one thought oh we need to investigate this problem because this child killed another noble and what, did the king say no, you can't. Did the her family say no, she's unstable, then send her away or put her in a nunnery to "fix" her problems but no, she didn't get arrest and didn't get sent away. No one thought it was strange that she all this and she was not punished and keeps going to balls and engaged to the prince, I mean I would question everything because it doesn't make sense ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
Seeing how the emperor is the one who planted the step mother, he probably also helped with making sure no one looks to much into what is happening.
I'm just upset with the fl because she's constantly saying date, date, date but allows the prince to sit at the lunch date and constantly speak about things that the ml has no idea about so he can't talk, then say it's a date so act like this or that but doesn't practice what she preached. I understand that the beginning of the date where he didn't grab her hand to walk her to the carriage but after that, she made the biggest flop #－.－). This date just solidified the type of relationship they have in front of peopleヽ(`Д´)ﾉ. If I was there and saw the lunch date, I would be loud and say "hey, I didn't know it was a meet up with friends. Why wasn't I invited? I thought you were on a date with your wife so why is the prince here?" I particularly dislike super oblivious characters. And the FL looks like she only thinks of what she has in front of her, and nothing else. Sometimes she thinks deep, for example when she decided to marry this man instead of her sister, but when it comes to personal relationships, even if it's the "funny part here", sometimes it's not funny at all.
Misunderstandings do exist of course, and can be solved with a little chat, but not obliviousness.

From what spoilers and reading between the lines.....
Fl was not given love from family from her perspective because a child needs family to say I love you, show affection and spending time with family but she got ignored and pushed aside so she never got love from her family and the grandfather knew that especially on his deathbed. And she was acting different then her previous behavior but no one questioned that at all, like "hmmmm, she's different than before, maybe I should look into that because I have enemies that want to take me down." If the prince truly loved FL then he would have questioned why she was acting differently and he knew he had enemies that would do anything to take over. If he truly loved her, then he would have tried everything to get to the bottom of her change and help her out, not go to another woman to feel loved and affection so no, he never loved her, maybe liked her enough to marry but not love. I mean FL questioned why she was acting differently in her past lifetime. And I don't like how she questioning why she never seen from the prince's perspective when she was didn't have the luxury to do so, she was a lost in her own hurt and wanting affection to see another's and its understandable. People forget that these historical mangas are in the era of marriage that each individual are minors or barely adults, so unless they experience it and rewind time, they are naive underdeveloped children trying to make adult decisions.
There I said it. I don't blame Fl because she was manipulated into her bad behavior, I blame the parents and grandfather for ignoring her in a time where she needed family love and I blame the prince for not questioning enemies to make her change.
