I not sure if its and Manga or manhwa but it's most likely a manhwa since it's colored and doenst have the typical Manga panels. The top is this guy in a lab caot that's into science and he sort of has a split personality with teh other being excited about experimenting and discovering I think. I think the story started with him exploding something......
