I believe it was a. Chinese bl. The top I think was doing bad in school so the bottom is hired as his tutor. He also is his classmate. Eventually the top likes him (but I think he was too arrogant to confess or even understand his feelings). The bottom doesn’t like him at all and even tried to run away from him. There was confinement in there at well. The top I believe had ties him up in his room. This is kinda all I remember from it.
