Jeoh gets pregnant. He's shown in pain and Seongrok wants to go get a doctor but Jeoh asks him to be by his side. The next morning Jeoh is looking at the snowy landscape and asks Seongrok to go out, he says he's fine now. They play in the snow. And have a sweet moment talking to the baby.
After they get inside Jeoh says he's craving something and Seongrok runs to get it, while also buying baby shoes. But when he gets home he sees that Jeoh had a miscarriage. It's sad. They talked that just the two of them is enough to be happy, but it's kind of implied that not really because the tone is dark. The last two panels are of an unknown kid and a baby. Maybe the next side will reveal who they are.
So the mpreg WAS temporary! Yay!
