I’m no expert but from my understanding no he didn’t really love him to begin with. At least not in that way??? He was saying that crazy lover he had made him feel emotions for the first time but that it really could have been anybody. Then after mindwashing Yisin a bunch he realized that Yisin would love him no matter what and was like I love you but then right after that was basically like I like you less when you aren’t submissive so I don’t think he truly loves him at all. But I’m gonna be honest I was very confused a lot of the time so somebody can correct me.
