As far as I know,and going by what the authors have said, no, the curse only connects their lives and shares their pain (things that threaten their life) is not a 1/1 mirroring of each other bodily sensations but a bound in eachother lives. Now, going by this logic the only way Bihwan could feel something, will be if he was inflicting pain onto Minchan during the penetration, and that pain should be the worst thing ever to feel it completely, like impaling idk. Bihwan is a goblin, he does not have the same pain sensibility as humans, for example, if I recall correctly the authors have said that when Minchan lost his arm, Bihwan felt it like his arm was ticking, so in perspective Minchan may be feelin a 10 in pain, but Bihwan is just feelin 0.001 of that sensation and not accurately.
