this is a big doubt of mine, in a previous chapter i remember him telling simon he would get another tattoo apart from the on his arms, but i wasn´t so sure... know i think it is a tattoo, cuz i've never seen him without it

It's a sleeve tattoo, and actually pretty common I think, like at least more than one irl got tats like that
