Mpreg never bothered me, but I hate it when the story is just revolved around that concept. Heck, I even read Asian Novels(I believe it's Chinese) where there are more genres on non binary or different ideas on sexes. No matter if it's Omegaverse or other nonbinary or different sex genres, it always gets repetitive.
