I like the concept but either the translation is ass or the storytelling is really that poor. Needs to be fleshed out a TON. also a pet peeve of mine when mermaid is used like its gender neutral when it’s… maid….
I’m into the beta x alpha and the S&M/domination play is all cool, but seme seemed like he was only into it to vent his inferiority complex without uke necessarily being onboard like 90% of the series

Reading this comment section gives me headache. I get both sides but even if one side is correct or not. This is fiction that is based on fictional land in diffrent time than ours. And there is many, MANY stories that have way worse setting than this one, so why is it that this comment section is do bad...
